I work with clients to establish a warm and trusted therapeutic relationship to gently work through your issues to enable you to explore your own story. Every journey begins with that first step. Making the decision to speak to another individual about concerns in your life, is a brave and courageous step. I am able to provide socially distanced face to face sessions in line with COVID Government guidelines, and can also offer the opportunity of telephone or online sessions if that is your preference. I work within the BACP ethical frameworks, from a professional therapeutic room in Kings Langley with good parking facilities. If you are struggling to cope with your feelings of loss or grief, I can support you through the process, helping you to find acceptance and a meaningful way forward. It can be incredibly difficult to face any form of loss, and the changes that brings to both you and your life. I also work with clients who have experienced bereavement, who are either living with a serious illness themselves, or are caring for someone who has a serious illness.
